In December 2011, the Lismore Branch of Landpartners closed and Heath & McPhail Surveying Pty Ltd was formed by Glen Heath & Ian McPhail who were the Senior Surveying Staff that had been working for Landpartners & their predecessors - Aspect North, Buckley & Associates and Athol Edwards, since 1992.

Heath & McPhail Surveying continue to offer a high quality of service in the surveying field and arrangements can be provided for civil engineering & town planning services.
